1. Which altered portrait was the hardest to create? Why? Explain.

I personally believe the most difficult altered photo to achieve was the " cracked face" simply because every procedure a large amount of patience and all is as well very delicate, one wrong move and you will most likely have to start all over.

2. Which altered portrait was the easiest to create? Why? Explain.

The easiest altered photo to create in my opinion was the "image overlay" as it simply adjust with two pictures over each other takes about 3 minutes to get done. The image overlay can create/ show so much emotion imply by combining two pictures.

3. What does "Altered Portrait" mean to a viewer vs a photographer? Explain.

Majority of  viewers see a " altered photo " as a fake photo simply because they believe it takes off all the beauty of the original.

4. Out of the 7 altered portraits which one will you likely create again? Why? Explain.

The one picture i will most likely create again is the overlay simply because the creation is so simple yet unique and creative. The overlay photo has a way of allowing you to show different emotions all in just one picture.

5. What is the historical significant behind one of the altered portrait techniques you learned? Explain.

6. Why is it important for you to learn how to alter portraits? Explain.

I believe its important to learn how to alter portraits, simply because you aware yourself of different creative ways of taking pictures, so you have variable pictures to offer to a model. As well having knowledge of new ways to editing photography is never bad!

7. Should all portraits be altered? Why or Why not? Explain.

I believe that NOT all portraits should be altered simply because the some portraits are in need of a softer touch of editing not all portraits need so much ?. Some portraits do not need so much editing simply because they're lets say emotional pictures ?.

8. By altering an portrait, what does it allow you to do to the portrait? Explain.

Altering a portrait allows you to exaggerate its image it allows you to add filter it as well allows you to top a picture with the emotion of another.

Blur motion is a picture that contains action. A picture that allows you to capture the slow motion of a action or movement.

Too create a blur motion image i change my IOS to 2.6 i believe as well i changed my shutter speed to capture the slow motion in order to still capture part of the movement.

3. What did you do to the image in photoshop? Explain.

I simply brightened them a little with exposure. As well changed my shadow capacity in some of them.

After Questions

1. What did you pick to do your project on? Explain why you chose it.

I choose Street Photography because i believe nobody really sees the true colors of Albuquerque. As it seems to be known simply for its violence by people who don't seem to recognize the peace we have here, yes Albuquerque has been bad news for a few years but we also have people who simply look for peace in their day to day life.

2. What did you do to get the image? Explain.

I had help from a close friend and truly i took these pictures while we where on our way to a comic comic book store, we took the long way there and once we got there i decided to take a few pictures of people walking or him just admiring the view.

3. What editing did you have to do to your images? Explain why they needed that kind of editing.

The one edit I used very often was the exposure / lighting as some of the picture had a blur of shadow.

4. What did you learn about this kind of photography by shooting it? Explain.

I learned that there is more beauty in the world then what we believe. People have such active lives. Any ways I learned that street photography takes a lot of patience since things move so quickly especially while you try to capture a moving object.

5. Was there anything you found difficult about creating these images? Explain why.

6. How do you think they came out overall? Could they be better? Why? Explain it.

I personally believe all my pictures came out great, as they all seem to have there own personality they all express something different.

7. What are you thinking about doing for your next independent project? Explain your idea.

My next independent project will be candid portraits .
